Trinity Casting Company will duplicate your non-copyrighted medal, crucifix, center or other religious item as a service to you and your loved ones. The duplicate is in sterling silver. To request the service, please follow the directions, below. Once you have completed and printed the form, mail it, payment and your original item to the address at the bottom of the page.

2. Describe the item to be duplicated

It must be smaller than 2 inches by 1 inch by 1/2 inch. Trinity Casting Company will briefly inspect your item upon receipt to determine whether or not it is protected by US copyright law. In the event that we determine that it is protected, it will be returned to you and you will only be charged for the cost of due diligence and shipping back to you. Most items originally designed prior to 1964 -- the majority of medals in existence -- are public domain and can be duplicated. Anything designed before 1923 is public domain.

Use only a padded envelope or box. Trinity Casting Company is not responsible for items lost in the mail, so please be sure to insure your shipment.

By requesting this service, you agree that to the best of your knowledge, the item you are sending to us is not copyrighted. Every effort will be taken to protect your medal, but it is possible for it to be lost or damaged in transit or during the process of duplication. In the event of loss, damage or copyright infringement, you agree to hold harmless Trinity Casting Company, its owners, employees and affiliates, including The Rosary Shop, Inc.

The duplication service takes approximately two weeks from the time we receive your medal and the payment clears. Once the duplication is complete, the original and duplicates will be shipped back to you by an insured, trackable method.
